Our privately owned company has undergone many changes and development stages since its establishment.
In 1991, we started operations with a single fur sewing machine, providing sewing services for fur products. The name “Nirgi” comes from the Estonian word for “stoat,” which is also reflected in our company logo.
From the very beginning, the business began to develop actively. We gradually expanded our product range by mastering the production technologies of outerwear and sportswear and introducing modern equipment and technologies. We managed the entire production cycle\u2014from design and cutting to packaging and embroidery.
By 2008, our workforce had grown to approximately 150 employees, and we were successfully operating branches in both Kohtla-J\u00e4rve and Narva. Today, despite a reduction in numbers, our company has not only maintained but also increased productivity through competent planning and efficient resource allocation.
